what went wrong. Please contact us via our in-app chat or by

email to cx@makwaapp.com to report the issue, with further

details and pictures of the item, if available, our customer

service agents will do everything within their power to rectify

the situation. Please note that we require customers to contact

us within one week of delivery in the rare case that an item is

missing.
