for 72 hrs after delivery which covers a free redo if your
unsatisfied with the service provided by any of the vendors on
our platform.
We have strict procedures for handling missing items cases. In
this unlikely event, we will do a full investigation to identify
what went wrong. Please contact us via our in-app chat or by
email to [email protected] to report the issue, with further
details and pictures of the item, if available, our customer
service agents will do everything within their power to rectify
the situation. Please note that we require customers to contact
us within one week of delivery in the rare case that an item is
missing.
